Feedback is a valuable tool in networking because it allows me the opportunity to learn and grow. Whether it’s positive or negative, it’s a good thing because it allows me to grow and develop within my business and simultaneously allow me to be a better service provider to my clients.

As a female owned business, it’s imperative to have access to a business banker who understands the challenges a female entrepreneur faces, from finance, business operations, advice, etc. Kgotso Masekwameng, a Small Enterprise Business Manager, is one such person who understands these challenges.
